Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, measurements, materials and other details accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, and garment measurements may vary by up to approximately one inch because of normal production tolerances.

Orders and payment

MANALI77° currently accepts prepaid orders only. An order is confirmed after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, an address is incomplete, an item cannot be fulfilled or fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method.

Pricing, taxes and shipping

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, where required, are included or shown at checkout. Standard shipping across India is currently free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders generally dispatch within two to four business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, courier network and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Exchanges, replacements and refunds

Our Shipping, Exchanges & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing product information before ordering.

Cancellations

A cancellation may be requested within two hours of placing an order, provided processing has not begun. Once an order enters processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission.
