Shipping
Shipping is free across India. MANALI77° currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Orders generally dispatch within two to four business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and courier network. Tracking details will be shared when available.
Please provide a complete address and working phone number at checkout. Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may require additional time to resolve.
Size exchanges
We offer one size exchange for the same product and colour, subject to availability.
The exchange request must be sent within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original tags and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the pickup or return-shipping cost for a size exchange. The applicable amount will be confirmed before collection is arranged.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for a change of style, colour or personal preference.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
After review, an eligible item will be replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued through the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are generally available only when an eligible replacement cannot be provided, an order is confirmed lost in transit or we are unable to fulfil the order.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount after it has been processed.
Cancellations
A cancellation request may be submitted within two hours of placing the order, provided processing has not begun. Once an order enters processing, it may no longer be cancelled.
